My First Baby’s Twelfth Birthday

My first baby, Bear Arrow, is twelve today. It is an emotional day as he is an old boy now. It’s hard to believe that the tiny puppy I first laid eyes on in December 2013 is twelve years old! It was truly love at first sight with Bear. My husband jokes that I picked the biggest puppy from the litter and the truth is I saw his sweet face and knew he was ours immediately. The joy, connection, love, adoration, bliss, security, silliness, pride, and much more that I feel as his mommy make life what you hope it to be. He is constantly by my side and that includes the great time I spend working on my jewelry collection. Whether I’m carving, typing away on my computer, packing up boxes, chatting with my team, or any other tasks, he’s always resting right by me. Being an artist can sometimes mean a lot of alone time thinking, creating, crafting, and it’s just an indescribable gift to have his sweet company. Not only that, but he’s inspired many beloved jewels in my collection. Being a pet parent is special and Bear’s made me want to make lots of precious pieces honoring this meaningful role and bond.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”none”][vc_column]
